The bylaws of Oklahoma TSA are the governing rules by which the association operates.  New and existing chapters will want to draft a set of bylaws for their chapters. This document will govern how the chapter handles issues that may arise (e.g. how to fill a vacant officer position) and how the chapter conducts regular business.
