Fall Leadership Conference

The Fall Leadership Conference is an annual event that empowers members with the leadership skills needed to guide their chapters throughout the year.

In addition to leadership workshops, participants will have the chance to explore diverse career paths, tackle exciting STEM challenges, network with fellow TSA members, and take part in our new state service project benefiting the American Red Cross. During the Miracle Minute—a high-energy, 60-second fundraising challenge—chapters are encouraged to bring loose change or cash donations to raise as much money as possible in one minute for this important cause. This conference offers a unique blend of growth, connection, and hands-on experiences.
