Fall Leadership Conference

Forward to Fifty celebrates TSA's journey toward its 50th anniversary while inspiring members to look ahead and lead the future of technology, innovation, and service.

The Fall Leadership Conference is an annual event that equips TSA members with the leadership skills and inspiration needed to lead their chapters throughout the school year.

In addition to engaging leadership workshops, participants will explore a variety of STEM career pathways, participate in interactive hands-on challenges, connect with TSA members from across Oklahoma, and strengthen their leadership through collaboration and teamwork. Members will also have the opportunity to support this year's state service project benefiting the American Red Cross by participating in the Miracle Minute, where chapters are encouraged to bring loose change or cash donations to raise funds for this important cause.

Whether you're a first-time attendee or a returning member, the Fall Leadership Conference is the perfect opportunity to build leadership skills, make new connections, and move Forward to Fifty together.

Logo Design Competition

To kick off the competitive event season, chapters are invited to participate in the State Leadership Conference Logo Design Competition. Students will design the official logo for the State Leadership Conference, which may be used across conference materials, including the event T-shirt, pin, and marketing and promotional items.

The logo design must include the TSA name, the official conference theme for the year, and the conference date. Designs should be created with scalability in mind, meaning the logo must remain clear and legible when both enlarged and reduced in size. Students are encouraged to avoid excessive detail that may be lost when the logo is resized.

The selected logo will serve as the visual identity of the conference and will be produced for use with all attendees.

The winning design will be announced and previewed at the Fall Leadership Conference. The student designer will receive a State Leadership Conference registration credit to help offset conference expenses. Please refer to the official guidelines for complete design requirements and submission details.

Dress Code

General session attire will be followed. The official TSA dress (royal blue button-down, grey slacks, black dress shoes) is preferred but not mandatory.  Any button-down or polo shirt is acceptable.  Shorts, sweat pants, athletic wear, or athletic shoes are not acceptable.
