# Description


Participants will create a design for the lapel pin which Oklahoma TSA members will wear and trade during the trip to the National Conference. The design should showcase Oklahoma specific elements. The winning entry will earn a $100 registration credit to help defray the expenses of the student/chapter winner while attending the TSA National Conference. In the event the winning chapter cannot attend the National Conference the registration credit will not be awarded. This is a non-transferable credit.


# Theme 2026-2027

Oklahoma Originals: Oklahoma is home to unique wildlife, fascinating creatures, and even a few legends! Let your pin design showcase a creature that represents Oklahoma, whether it’s the scissortail flycatcher, American bison, collared lizard, or even a legendary Oklahoma cryptid like Bigfoot. Real or mythical, choose a creature with an Oklahoma connection and bring it to life through your design. Celebrate the creatures and legends that make Oklahoma one of a kind!

Entries are limited to one (1) entry per chapter. This entry does not count as one of the six events each student is eligible to compete in.


# State Competition Info


The design must be finished, submitted, and accessible by March 26, 2027.

Students will need their MEMBER ID number and password from their advisor. Only the team captain will be able to upload the file.
