LEAD Conferences:
LEAD Conferences are coming up in September and October! Led by your State and Regional officers, the LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment, Achievement, and Development) Conference is a one-day experience aimed at helping your chapter officers learn more about TSA and grow as a team into better officers and leaders. At the LEAD conference, you can earn the Statesman Award, which recognizes students with outstanding leadership skills and TSA knowledge. Start preparing for this honor by learning the requirements: https://www.oktsa.org/_files/ugd/061425_79f1713bbf61453d904c006ed0e9f917.pdf

Fall Leadership Conference:
Registration for the 2026 OKTSA Fall Leadership Conference opens on October 5th and closes November 2nd. There are two dates this year: November 16th is for High School chapters and November 17th is for Middle School chapters, Fees are included with each chapter’s annual affiliation, but advisors still need to complete the process so OKTSA has an accurate number of all who are attending.
The FLC theme and logo for this year will be revealed soon… stay tuned on OKTSA’s social media accounts.
Oklahoma Degree Program:
The Oklahoma TSA Degree Program is a recognition initiative designed exclusively for Oklahoma TSA members. This 3-tiered program allows students to build and demonstrate their knowledge of TSA through progressively challenging tests and reflective documentation of their experience.
Members can earn three distinct degrees—Congressional, Senatorial, and Presidential—each representing an increasing level of knowledge and involvement. To earn the Congressional Degree, members must successfully complete a knowledge-based test. The Senatorial and Presidential Degrees require both a test and a brief application highlighting the member’s TSA leadership and participation.
The congressional degree test is due October 30th.

From starting a new TSA chapter to hosting interest meetings, State Officers can share their experience with your chapter officers, members, and faculty to help you grow within TSA!
