# Description


Participants take a test of basic forensic science theory to qualify for the semifinal round of competition. Semifinalists participate in an onsite forensic skills demonstration.

Entries are limited to three (3) teams of two (2) per chapter.


# State Competition Information


Team members will take an online exam over basic forensic science theory at the State Qualifier on March 4th to determine the semifinalists for the onsite demonstration. Students will take the test individually and scores will be averaged for a team score. Information for registering for the state qualifier can be found here.


The topic will be released one week prior to the state conference.
