Eastern Region

After much hard work and dedication from all of our members, the 2024 Eastern Region Conference came to a successful close on March 6th. First, we performed our opening session, detailing the events of the day. Competition was from 9-12 where members competed to become state qualifiers. Next was an amazing lunch hosted by NEO. Lastly, we began the closing ceremony where we announced our state qualifiers and inducted our new regional officers.

A message from the new Eastern Region President:

Hello!

My name is Lilly Doonkeen and I am ecstatic about the leadership opportunity that has come my way being a newly elected Eastern Region President. I’ve been in TSA for 3 years and I am a sophomore at Claremore High School. This role is a fantastic opportunity for me to collaborate with all of you in our officer team and throughout the region to foster a TSA community that is even more inclusive and supportive. Whether you have questions, need guidance, or simply wish to chat, please feel free to reach out to me at doonkeenlillian@gmail.com. I am genuinely honored to serve as your Eastern Region president and look forward to helping TSA bloom in ways we’ve never imagined.

Wholeheartedly,

Lilly Doonkeen

Western Region

March 1, 2024, marked the day of the annual Western Regional Conference. It entailed the usual opening and closing ceremony, competitive events, and the new officer elections, but it also had something new: Games and activities. Us Western Region Officers decided to host some fun games and activities in place of the Fun Day we were not able to have. It was a hit! We had Jenga, bowling, corn hole, riddles, basketball, and volleyball. We gave out small prizes of candy for the winners of the games. There were a whopping 16 candidates this year, all of which did an amazing job! It was a tough choice, but we believe the new officer team elected has great potential for this upcoming year. We had a lot of fun, and we hope everyone else did too. We may not serve the community as the Western Region Officers anymore, but we will continue to move forward in it. Thank you all for a marvelous TSA season!
