State Leadership Conference


The annual Oklahoma State Leadership Conference is just around the corner and you don't want to miss it!


About

The state conference is an annual event that brings students from all over Oklahoma. It is the major event that students plan for and work towards for their whole school year.


Competitors from across the state showcase their talents and projects to judges in various competitions to win awards and qualify for the national conference. On top of competing, students have the opportunity to attend workshops and network with industry professionals.


The TSA theme for the 2024 year is "Evolution of Excellence."


Location and Date

This year, the conference will take place at Norman Embassy Suites (2502 Conference Drive Norman, OK 73069) from April 17th - April 19th. Some hotels can be used to stay overnight.


Register Today

Be sure to talk to your advisor to register if you haven’t done so yet! All attendees including members, advisors, chaperones, guests, and accessibility support staff attending the conference are required to register. Registration will close at midnight on March 22, 2024.

Early Submission Events

The early submission due date has been extended to March 27th. Make sure to submit all of your hard work before the deadline. Instructions on how to submit items to Judge Pro will be sent via email on March 1, 2024. The password for Judge Pro access is TSASLC2024.




New Events

ACS Glow Night

This year, we'll have a glow-in-the-dark themed night for all to enjoy the night before the award ceremony in place of our annual ACS Fun Night! Join us for a night full of fun, food, activities, and incredible music.



Senior Recognition Night

Senior Recognition Night is a special event dedicated to honoring our graduating seniors, marking the culmination of their remarkable TSA experience. This is an opportunity to applaud their dedication, leadership, and achievements throughout the years. As they embark on new adventures beyond TSA, let's wish them the very best in their future endeavors. Seniors, this night is for you!


If you're a senior and would like to be recognized for your excellence, please fill out this form. We will use the information provided to include you in our Senior Night slideshow.



Community Service Opportunities

There will be numerous opportunities to help fund vital research, education, advocacy, and patient services. All money raised will be donated to our state service project, the American Cancer Society


Blanket Making Party

There will be a blanket-making party in memory of Allie Wade at the conference. If you would like to participate, please bring two pieces of fleece, each 1.5 yards. We will supply scissors and instructions.


E-sports Tournament

We will have an ESports Tournament at SLC during ACS Night! It will be a 2v2 single-elimination Mario Kart Tournament. There will be both a middle school and high school bracket. Talk to your advisor about registering your team through the SLC registration system. It can be found under "Items Selection" and is $10 per student. The contest is limited to two teams per chapter. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.


Miracle Minute

Remember to bring spare change or cash to partake in Miracle Minute. It will take place during the Opening General Session and is a great opportunity to donate.
